I'm teaching my nephew money management skills and how to create a budget. I don't want him to 'repeat' financial patterns he may have learned from his parents; I'm trying to dissolve the 'money blueprint' he may have been programmed with during early childhood. Luckily, he's a saver. At 15, he has a part-time job and thinks about his financial future. He's a good kid.

I need a way to except the reality of not getting the same results from excersising at 40 as I did when I was 20. Oh so hard to admit. Seems to be taking double the strenth, motivation, and time so I'm hoping I'll be twice as satisfied with the outcome. lol What I wouldn't give to toss out those Spanx for good! :)

Love this post! It's happened to me so many times before - I've begun to exercise and then wavered and then given up, making the excuse that I was too tired after work. I decided the whole new year's resolution wasn't going to work either.
I ended up just getting up one day, beginning an exercise regime (at home because I feel more comfortable and unwatched there) and stuck to it. So far I've been going for 10 weeks, which isn't bad!
