I am glad to have stumbled upon your bl...</title><content type='html'>Charlene,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am glad to have stumbled upon your blog!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve been on a weight-loss kick for a few months and have had great success despite a few setbacks.  So far, I&amp;#39;m down 16 pounds using Turbo Fire.  It works!  I don&amp;#39;t use the food plan, but I do most of the workouts when I can.  A stint of hip bursitis has sidelined me for nearly a month, but I&amp;#39;m trying to work my way up to walking.  Some days, simply walking from floor to floor in my house causes an episode.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I wanted to walk three 5k&amp;#39;s this fall, but missed the first one (scheduled for the 10th), because of the hip issue.  I think I&amp;#39;ll try the &amp;quot;Couch to 5K&amp;quot; program that you mentioned and see if it&amp;#39;s easy on the legs and hips.  Like you, I love programs.  There&amp;#39;s something about the success that others have had that&amp;#39;s enormously motivating for me. I&amp;#39;m not a runner but a walker...a nordic walker since March...and the same tips apply...especially #8 Don&amp;#39;t over hydrate. When you&amp;#39;re in your mid fifties &amp;quot;bladder drop&amp;quot; makes it almost impossible to walk 5k without making a pit stop in the woods, so it&amp;#39;s definitely coffee after the walk, never before. My own approach has been ...</title><content type='html'>Some great advice here.  My own approach has been to try to fit exercise in with my lifestyle as far as it allows.  For example, I practice some of my belly dancing moves while cooking the evening meal, and live near enough to my son&amp;#39;s school to walk him there and back.  I gave up chocolate at Lent and have kept off it since.
